TBK Tiles are a low priced bathroom and tile retailer based in London. They opened a brand new 30,000 sq foot showroom in February 2018 and looked to attract as much foot traffic as possible with a comprehensive 3 month marketing campaign.

The Challenge

The client had previously only used traditional media channels for marketing purposes and had no experience with digital media. They had seen very low returns on the adverts they’d run in local newspapers and with fliers and felt that digital media had the potential to deliver a wider and more targeted message to potential customers in London.

The Solution

After an initial consultation to discuss TBK Tile’s objectives, Brainbroker created a comprehensive strategy that utilised the Google and Facebook advertising platforms to push news of the new showroom to as many Londoners as possible. We ran a mixture of display and search ads which focused on various aspects of the business and we closely monitored the performance of each individual campaign over the initial 3 month period.

The Result

The campaign lead to a significant influx in the number of both digital and physical visitors to the website and showroom. We saw a total of 16,000 people visit the website in 3 months, which then lead to 43% of total revenue earned over the same period being attributed to our marketing on digital media channels.
